At Armando Lines, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges and refunds are accepted.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn and unwashed;
- The item is in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact;
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, except where they arrive damaged or defective:
- Customized or personalized products, including items with custom prints, names, text or designs;
- Graduation items made or personalized to order;
- Items purchased on final sale or with a promotional discount marked as non-returnable;
- Gift cards.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at armandolinesit@gmail.com or via WhatsApp on +974 6688 0338 with your order number and the reason for your return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five to ten (5–10) business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or colour are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.
