This Shipping Policy sets out how Armando Lines processes and delivers orders.
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within the State of Qatar. For delivery requests outside Qatar, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Order Processing
- Ready-made items: processed and dispatched within one to three (1–3) business days of order confirmation.
- Customized and personalized items (custom prints, names, graduation pieces): produced and dispatched within seven to fourteen (7–14) business days, depending on the design and quantity.
Orders placed on Fridays, public holidays or outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within one to three (1–3) business days within Qatar. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as high-demand periods, public holidays or weather conditions.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number. Our delivery partner may contact you to arrange delivery. Armando Lines is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. You may contact us at any time for an update on the status of your order.
